Guidelines for Office Visits
We understand the concerns about the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and want to reassure our clients that we are following all the CDC and OSHA guidelines to ensure the safety and overall well-being of our clients and our community. This includes ongoing sanitization of our suite and offices, including heavily used items such as door knobs and client care areas. You can help by following the below protocol if you are to enter our suite:
We ask that you limit the number of people attending your appointments, if possible.
Please arrive on time for appointments and not early to minimize waiting in our office to decrease the amount of people present.
If you are more comfortable waiting in your car for your appointment, please let us know. We are happy to text you when we are ready for you. Just let us know in advance.
Please use hand sanitizer provided if you are using pens to fill out paperwork in our office. We recommend using hand sanitizer before and after use.
We are removing high touch areas such as removing magazines from our waiting room.
If you have a fever that is elevated or have had signs of a fever in the last 2 weeks, we ask you to reschedule your counseling appointment. We encourage you to reach out to your medical doctor for evaluation.
If you have traveled internationally, been on a cruise, or work in a place with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past few weeks to please call the office to reschedule your appointment.
As always, if you are in crisis and need an immediate response, please call the Care Crisis Hotline number at 425-253-4357, 1-800-273-8255 or 911.
Keeping up with your regularly scheduled mental health appointments may be extraordinarily helpful to you during this time. We look forward to continuing to provide support to you. Thank you for your continued dedication as our clients and for your work towards keeping each other safe.
