Make a Payment

Payments are due at the beginning of each in-person session and prior to each telehealth session. Payments may be made by cash, check, credit or debit card.

You'll be taken to PayPal's website, where you can enter in the amount for service and complete a payment to Dana Graves, MA, LMHC/Growth Pointe Wellness safely and securely. You will be sent a receipt for services to the e-mail address you provide so make sure the address is accurate. Your information will not be stored or shared. Co-pays vary depending on the insurance plan. Check with your insurance provider to learn your cost share responsibility depending upon your plan and deductible, if any.
