Counseling/Therapy services are provided to adults and are designed to address areas of concern that clients would like assistance with. Dana will work collaboratively with her clients to assess the presenting issue(s) and develop a treatment plan and course of action. Dana may examine the client's past as it relates to current level of functioning in order to promote healing and growth. Counseling sessions are growth oriented and may utilize a variety of psychological approaches in order to best meet the unique needs of the client. Life can present us with mental, emotional, relational, physical and spiritual challenges that can all be seen as opportunities for growth.
Counseling services can be performed in-person or via telehealth and are covered by many insurance plans. Check with your plan prior to your first session so that you know 1) if your plan requires a pre-authorization, 2) if you have a deductible that must be met before sessions are covered and 3) what your co-pay responsibility will be. Payment is due at the time of service. All necessary paperwork will need to be signed in order for your insurance company to be billed. Many clients prefer to pay for services out-of-pocket for privacy reasons, or to avoid dealing with insurance hassles altogether. Payments may be made via cash, check or major credit/debit card. For rates see Make A Payment page. Slide scale rates may be available for those in need. Call 425-359-9801 or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule an appointment.
